Google Code: Yahoo Developer Network.
Google Web Accelerator supposedly helps load web pages faster, but there have been security and privacy issues raised about this application.: ok i wont say anything else.
Google Web Search: Yahoo My Web 2.0 Search. try "time in toronto", or "weather" or anything that makes sense.
Orkut: is this something to be proud of? ok, Yahoo Personals or Yahoo 360.

honestly only picasa, Earth and Video are important. i have never used the others in my life. but Yahoo has some really great stuff that Google does not have:

i'm neither a yahoo fan nor google enemy. i think their competition works for us. but let's not forget yahoo has been in this business for a long time and is not going to lose this easily. in fact i think it's not going to lose anytime. they are doing some great job buying new companies, doing partnership with others and so on. (hiring Kevin Sites, new deal with Tivo...) also there are still so many great Yahoo services that Google does not have. so let's not get carried away.
